Pet Stories Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions (“Pet Stories Terms and Conditions”) apply to the submission of written, picture or video testimonials (“Pet Stories”) for use on this Website and elsewhere by Shadow’s Veterinarian Relief Trust. By submitting a story, you agree to these Pet Stories Terms and Conditions.

Upon submitting your pet story, you hereby assign to Shadow’s Veterinarian Relief Trust all of your right, title and interest in and to your pet story, including all copyrights and other intellectual property rights therein, with full authority to copyright, reproduce, publish, make derivative works of, or otherwise use, in any manner and via any form of media Shadow’s Veterinarian Relief Trust deems advisable, for any purpose, and all or any part of your pet story.

By submitting a pet story, you agree that Shadow’s Veterinarian Relief Trust may use and publish your name, voice, photograph, drawing or other likeness of you and/or your pet, and any descriptive, biographical or other written materials you provide, and all associated rights of personality or publicity, in any manner Shadow’s Veterinarian Relief Trust may deem advisable in connection with its use of your pet story. You agree that you are not entitled to any financial compensation for Shadow’s Veterinarian Relief Trust’s use of your story. You agree that Shadow’s Veterinarian Relief Trust may use your story with or without your name or with a fictitious name, and may make reasonable edits or alterations to your pet story, provided that the meaning of your comments and statements is not substantially changed.
